    CSR 10

    CSR which is also known as block rubber is graded according to precise technical parameters such as dirt content, ash content, nitrogen content, volatile matter and properties of the rubber such as its Wallace Plasticity (PO) and its Plasticity Retention Index (PRI). CSR 10 are most widely used by the tire industries and made from cup lump also known as field coagulum.

    CSR L is other block rubber grades which are made from field latex. These are of more purity thus more expensive and they are mostly used for high-end precision rubber products.

    To understand and control the parameters of CSR, we provide ease in quality control at both reception and processing of the end-user for raw materials.

    RSS 3

    Ribbed Smoked Sheets is commonly known as RSS. It is made from coagulated latex sheet. RSS is used in various industries due to their variety in the requirements based on cleanliness and tensile strength of the sheets. There are five major grades: RSS 1 to RSS 5, according to elasticity, colour and purity on the basic requirement provided by the International Standard of IRQPC ( known as “ The Green Book – 1969” ). The difference in the grades is the result of the preparation of the coagulated field latex during the production of the Unsmoked Sheets. The sheets are selected and smoked at a controlled timing and temperature window to ensure that they are properly smoked without causing negative impact on the rubber properties. These grades are then determined and classified through visual graded on the basis of certain parameters examination by experienced sorters and inspectors and then packed in bales. Please see the table below for specifications of the various RSS grades. We do provide Plastic Pallet Shrink Wrap upon order by customers.
