Corporate Social Responsibility
(1) Prohibit forced labor, child labor and inhuman treatments and infringements of human rights
Suppliers are requested to employ all employees on a voluntary basis, and not to commit forced labor. Not to employ children who are under the lowest labor age and prohibit harsh and inhumane treatments such as mistreatments or various harassments.
(2) Pay appropriate wages and regulate working hours
Suppliers are requested to pay legal minimum wage and not to practice unfair wage deduction as means of a disciplinary action. Suppliers are requested to regulate employee’s working hours/holidays/vacations not to exceed the legal ceiling.
(3) Worker’s physically demanding work
Suppliers are requested to define the physically demanding works and to control appropriately to prevent occupational injuries and illness in workplace.

Environment Responsibility
(1) Not to use fertiliser or insecticide which contain hazardous substances
Suppliers are requested not to use fertilisers or insecticide which contains environmentally hazardous substances.
(2) Resource saving, Reduce, Reuse & Recycle
Suppliers are requested to make effort to save and recycle resources while complying with laws and regulations and relating to proper processing, recycling of all waste materials.
(3) Water environment preservation
Suppliers are requested to work toward ascertaining water risks, preserving water resources and reducing aquatic environmental burdens.
